Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Provides full recruiting service including analyzing position requirements, advertising roles, attending job fairs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, negotiating and preparing offers to candidates.
Business & Strategic HR
Supporting and advising employees on HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Nurture a positive working environment
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
HR Operations:
On-boarding & Induction.
Employee Travel & Expenses , Making Gate pass, legal formalities & compliance formality with customer, helpdesk & Askme
Attendance and Leave Management.
Employee Database Updation.
Rewards & Recognition.
Talent Dashboard.
Exit interviews
Statutory
Statutory Compliance and Contract Labor Management.
Conversant with labor law and factory acts.
Conversant with Statutory compliances for manufacturing set up.
