Our journey as Chanakya began in Mumbai, India, nearly three long decades ago. Established in 1984 as an export house for embroideries; garments; and accessories, we grew as a design think-tank and creators of international couture and prt--porter. Over the years, our leaning and passion for surface ornamentation has evolved into our speciality. It lies in the very essence of Chanakya to create exquisitely embellished garments and accessories, showcasing breathtaking hand-crafted embroideries and innumerable other techniques. Our strength lies in our focus on research and our passion for excellence. It has enabled us to work with some of the finest and most reputed international fashion houses; lending our expertise to create designs, styles, and techniques that define them.
