1. The ASM- Veterinary has to recruit 3 Veterinary Sales Officers for a new Vet Pharma company in Tamilnadu. 2. He has to give on-the job field training and place the VSO's in strategic HQ's. 3. He has to appoint stockists and develop the chemist network. 4. He has to launch the new Vet Pharma portfolio in all the markets, undertake all sales promotional activities and generate sales / revenue as per set targets. 5. He has to adhere to the company's trade policies and ensure that his team achieves the set company's objectives. 6. He has to constantly update the management with all market intelligence and rapidly grow alongwith the company
