Business Development Associate must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp a startup company’s vision, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals. Their primary role is to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients. Business Development Associates conduct market research and explore new business opportunities. They partner with marketing, sales and production team to create and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate new leads and set appointments to Demonstrate the product by meeting them face to face.
Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities.
The Business trainee must learn about different aspects of the sales cycle and also different techniques used for outdoor sales.
Clearly and effectively communicates product to prospects.
They generate plans on how to increase the market share and develop strategies that will lead to greater revenue.
Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
Should have the ability to understand client needs and present solutions.
The candidate should be very good with verbal and written communication skill.
The candidate should be tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player.
Must also have good negotiation skill and very good interpersonal skill.
Should have the ability to adapt to the various situation and work and execute efficient results under pressure.
He/she should be an active listener and should have the zeal to learn more and more.
Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Note - Must Own two-wheelers with driving license
