BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS Responsible for Business Development, Customer Acquisition and after sales service at branch level. Support Brand Promotion and help maintain a superior service culture. Liaising with partnering Insurance Companies. Ensure progressive growth in number of partners through partner satisfaction and business growth. Support Brand Promotion and Help maintain a superior service culture within the organization. Ensure necessary support from Insurance companies to end customers Maintain current company partner relationships and provide feedback from this stakeholder group. Qualifications Any Graduate/ PG with 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in Life & General insurance. Fresh Graduates with Good academic record and communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key skills Willingness to travel Good Communication & Inter personal skills & Team Leader Knowledge/experience in Insurance sector will be preferable Should not have any Arrears/ Break ups/ Back logs
