Overview

Job Duties: -Handling Online orders. -Maintaining record of daily dispatched orders -Respond all the relevant emails, tracking couriers -Checking orders of other online shopping websites like Flipkart, Amazion etc. through mail or their panels and dispatched them accordingly -To handle all the documentation part those are required for new online partner -Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. -Maintains customer records by updating details and follow-ups . -Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.* -Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. -Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed -Cataloging, Listing products. -Content writing for Fashion Products. -R & D on best selling Products on different Ecommerce Portals
