Job role : - Increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition. - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns. - Able to work in commission based environment. - Build lasting relationship with customer by contacting them to follow up on purchase options & showcase for products. - Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as expert for the customer. - Perform daily department sales position, maintainence tasks including outbound calls, taking inbound calls, sending/answering customer email.
