Jd: - Installing and Configuring Computer Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, Scanners Resolution Via Telephone/email/chat for Customer's End Users - Planning and Undertaking Scheduled Maintenance Upgrades - Talking to Clients and Computer Users to Determine the Nature of Problems - Responding to Breakdowns - Investigating, Diagnosing and Solving Computer Software and Hardware Faults - Maintaining Records of Software Licences - Managing Stocks of Equipment, Consumables and other Supplies. - Responds to Telephone Calls, Email, Instant Messages, and Assigned Tickets from Users; Assign Work Orders / Incidents to Appropriate Support Teams and Follow Up Until Closure. - Escalate Complex Problem to Appropriate Support Specialists - Troubleshoot Client Software and Basic Network Connectivity Problems - Identify, Evaluate and Prioritize Customer Problems and Complaints - Routine Maintenance Updates with other It Staff and Business Units
