JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary -

Sales Exe is responsible for managing and handling Key accounts and development of New

Customer base in assigned area for selling of Flexible Packaging products.

Job Title -

Executive Sales & Marketing-West

Roles & Responsibilities -

Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationship with customers in order to grow current & new

business.

Key Account Management

Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationship

Willingness to travel across respective region for developing the given market.

Focused on Packaging to F&B and FMCG industry.

Drive sales & match-up with management requirement, reviews and growth plans.

Executing the Sales with proper coordination & assistance from help of back-office, plant & senior

team.

Conducting market survey and making a list of potential customers.

Generate Leads from market or reference & convert them into sales.

Drive & recover the payment and necessary forms in given time frames

Keeping track of collectible o/s and doing regular follow-ups.

Coordinate with the other functional team to ensure best customer service

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities for the

organisation.

Exposure to CRM and NAV to be used extensively in day-to-day operations. (A training will be

given to you for that)

Data base decision making as per responsibility given

Proficient in English and regional language and good communication skills.

Basic knowledge about packaging industry and trends

Basic knowledge about MS office

Learning attitude

Should be flexible and ready to travel extensively with short notice.

Experience & Education -

Graduate in business management/ Degree diploma in Printing and packaging industry

1-2 years experience

Experience form packaging or relevant industry will be preferred.

Experience : 1 - 3 Years
