Coordinating with clients and updating and maintaining any paperwork regarding the relocation job. Calm and efficient to communicate with current and prospective clients, providing any required information and maintaining correspondence throughout the relocation process. Sending quotations, accurately entering any new data into the companys IT system, obtaining and completing any Insurance proposal and assisting the client with the relocation Schedule by coordinating with packing and moving team. Good level of communication skills required both English and Hindi as to contact with the client to meet all of their requirements and keep them up to date about the relocation process. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Emails Use.
