Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

2. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.

3. Foster and develop relationships with Customers/Clients.

4. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

5. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

6. Research and identify new market opportunities.

7. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

8. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

9. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

10. Identifying new revenue opportunities.

11. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

12. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

13. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

14. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

15. Collaborating with management on sales goals.

Skills required:

1. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

2. An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.

3. Proven track record of meeting with customers/clients and discussing sales and products.

4. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients

5. Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.

6. IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets.
