GSL is a schedule B Mini Rana Category I Company and is engaged in designing and building ships for Indian Navy and Indian Caost Guard. Essential Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time regular MBA/MSW/PG degree/diploma from recognized university /AICTE approved institution with specilization in HRM/IR/personnel management/labour and social welfare/labour studies/social work. Desirable Qualification : Diploma/Degree course in labour laws or LLB/BL or with graduate in engineering. Certificate course in computer applications/ERP-HR modules. Essential Experience : The candidates should have 13 years post qualification relevant experience. Desirable Experience : Experience in HR functions specifically in IR,Establishment. Grievance cell,RTI,unions,associations,ISO works,shop councils,ministry replies preparation,Disciplinary matters,rules and regulations,attendance and time office etc. Upper Age Limit as on 31.05.18 - For SC Category 49 years,For OBC 47 years and for UR 44 years.
