Job Duties
Generating new sales (inbound and outbound) by approaching potential clients
Generating new leads through Tele callings
Identifying clients requirements and offering the best suited project to clients
Clients Follow Up Calls
Direct marketing
Gather marketplace information on pricing, products, merchandising techniques, and delivery schedules to better monitor competition
Updating call records in ERP Software
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
Coordinating with tele callers for generation leads
Supporting team members for achieving the targets by helping closing the sale
Achieving the targets and goals set by the HOD/Team Lead
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Follow the Sales Strategy as discussed in weekly/monthly meeting
Looking after Pre & post sales service
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
