Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide timely and professional assistance to resolve customer issues or inquiries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Data Entry and Processing:
Accurately input and update data into the designated systems or databases.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Process Adherence:
Adhere to established BPO processes, guidelines, and protocols.
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline processes for increased efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
Qualifications:
Intermediate will also be preferred (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions:
Shift-based work, including nights and weekends as per business requirements.
