Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media.

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in

the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

recommending solutions.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;

researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service

improvements.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Sales.

Competency in English must be high.

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite and CRM software's.

Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions,

advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

At least THREE (3) years of industry sales experience.

One to three years of management experience will be an added value for leadership

roles.
