Job Description

1- Managing Employees (customers) At the Concierge Helpdesk.

2- Processing the Service Request as Requested By Customers.

3- Provide Information and Updates On Services as the Query Maybe By the Customers

4- Updating all the Requests in Software from Time to Time.

5- Promoting New Deals & Offers At the Desk.

6- Handling Bills Separation& Updating Concerned Ledger Books.

7- Coordinating with the Backend Team and Telephone Call Handling Related to Services.

8- Attending Service Promotion Training and Meetings as and When Conducted.

9- Participating in Operations Auditing.
