Who would be working either for Building Services or Industrial vertical (Depending on the experience).

S/he should develop and manage a team under them.

Should have strategic thinking, have the ability to plan and execute activities to achieve the sales target.

Should have deep technical knowledge and working relationships with key players in the respective vertical

Salary: Max 45k - 55K / Month + Conveyance + Mobile Bill +TA +DA

- Both types of candidates should be polished (Good communication and presentation skills).

- S/he should have existing rapport with the specifiers (Contractors, Consultants, PMCs) etc.

- Should have worked in either water (Pump or treatment), HVAC or Lifting Panels business

- Understanding of market consumption patterns.

- Process driven

- Strong excel skills etc.

- Open to travel

Sales Manager will lead the team of individuals who would go out in the approach, prospect, generate enquiries and close the business. Sales Manager will course correct them, would have the ability to give them right feedback, help them in engaging with the customers etc. They shall work on different regions based on vertical focus and achieve their numbers.
