Take feedback from clients and customers on the services provided
Customer complaints: Listen to customer complaints in a friendly and professional
manner and resolve their issue within a stipulated time frame (24hrs)
Manage Google business and ensure to generate Google reviews
Will be responsible for Managing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI score)
Followup: Continuous follow up with customer
Reports: Prepare reports on customer grievance, CSI score from customers, and share
with management
Communication: Handle and track customer emails and calls and give professional
support 24/7 on emails and calls
Record customer information within our customer service database
Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers
clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
Confident, patient, polite, tact and diplomatic, when dealing with difficult situations
Has a creative thought process and is able to come up with new ideas to improve
customer service standards
Has organizational and planning skills to develop customer service policies
Is committed to improving your customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
