Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Collection:
- Act as the point of contact between the retailers and the company
- Visit designated retailers within the assigned zone to collect new orders
- Update the Sales CRM with all order information
- Open a minimum of 35 new retail stores per month, aiming for at least 105 stores quarterly.
Stock Verification:
- Ensure correct stock levels at retailer points
- Reconcile stock levels with retailer and update internal systems
- Alert Supply Chain team in case of discrepancies or low stock levels
Display Management:
- Make sure products are displayed prominently within the retail environment
- Collaborate with retailers to secure prime shelf/display space
- Regularly inspect displays to ensure they meet company standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field from a reputed institute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be proficient in local language and English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Sales CRM systems
