We are hiring candidates as Customer Service Executive at IGI Airport, New Delhi.

Age Criteria below 27 years

Qualification - 10+2 ( in any stream)

Experience required - 0- 6 months

Documents Required - Valid Passport , Adhar card, Pan card, 2 passport size photographs, Educational certificates

Role of the candidate -

- They need to handle the customer queries and to assist them as well.

- Passenger meet and assist : Assisting VIP and family with infants.

- Should be able to handle different situations & ready to work in rotational shifts .

- The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
