Job and description:

1. Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.

2. Cold Calling, Follow up to Client regarding payment

3. Attending Exhibition

4. Responding to sales inquiries for new and existing customers.

5. Maintaining records, Client data, maintaining client individual file.

6. Taking Clients Booking, taking care of client individual issues regarding flat.

7. Maintaining Software entries, Record.

8. Going to weekly Site Visit

9. Preparing Allotment Letters, Agreement, Bank NOC, Sending Weekly Interest letter to the client., taking care of Clients Complaints . Flat issues, Parking Issues, internal changes, possession delayed issues

10. Coordinate with bank regarding Clients Loan Process & Disbursement, Coordinate with Project architect, coordinate with site sales executive, Project Manager

11. To ensure that payments are received on time.

12. Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming projects, and for development and enhancement of existing Projects.

13. Building relationships with Agents/Brokers, Investors, etc.

14. Collecting information of the nearby projects for analysis.

15. Working according to the company norms.

16. Update the status of sales order in the database or computer

17. Preparing monthly Sales Report, Outstanding Chart.

18. Sending Daily Report to CMD, Director.

19. Coordinate with all executives monthly reports, exhibition report, customers online enquiry & hording pictures at every month end.

20. Coordination for upcoming Ads in newspaper.

21. Check all the pending bills attached all the necessary documents and process for clearing.

22. Follow up for all pending bills.

23. Entry of all the bills.

24. Handling calls and clients.

25. Prepare Minuets of Meeting for weekly sales meeting.

26. Maintain Brochure stock of Head office and Site office.
