As a CRM head, I ensure that I know the customer's needs, wishes and dreams and am well versed in how to deliver value to customers. I assure to not only solve customer requests but also proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges.
Fully aware of the GST impact and the methodology of claiming the GST and the documentation needed thereof. Independent site handling including complete process of, pre-sales, sales, post-sales customer relationship management and day-to-day administration and most importantly guidance to all sales staff on MahaRERA and GST. Responsible for strategizing & implementation of sales strategy including promotional campaigns. Training and updating the presentation & selling skills of sales team including identification of individual strengths and weaknesses and special skill sets for multi-tasking. Implementation of administrative and reporting systems including customer / sales tracking systems & MIS.
Documentation required for Sale (Booking Form, Allotment Letter, Receipts etc.)
After Sales Documentation Such as Preparing Demand Letters & issue them, Preparing Bank NOCs, Dealing with bank for APF, Co-ordination with Bank Personnel for Bank Disbursement.
Recovery Follow up & Agreement Registration Process.
Recovery Calculations & generation of reports ( Recovery Targets Weekly, Monthly)
