## Plywood Telesales Account Executive (Work From Home)

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct outbound calls to identify potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our plywood products.
* Effectively qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
* 6 months to 4 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably within the building materials industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Fluency in Hindi (or regional language as required) is a plus.
* Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
