Leading the Nations Pre-sales, Bid management, Demand generation, alliances and sales
operations teams reporting to Corporate Head Sales
- Will be responsible for generating the business leads for the company via Cold calls,
reference calls, sharing presentation to the corporate and responsible for sales conversion (to
sell air tickets/Group movements)
- Attending to all appointments & Giving appropriate product presentations & converting
them into sales
- Meet the defined targets from time to time
- Ensure smooth function of queries in coordination with Operations & contracting team.
- Train team members on corporate acquisition.
- Revenue focused approach.
- Good knowledge of Travel/Hotel/Airline market.
- Conduct Seminars/Awareness camps for corporate clients Acquisitions.
- Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to
successfully complete the sales targets.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team
through motivation counseling skills development and product knowledge development.
- Develop linkages with the implementation team to facilitate fast efficient implementations
of won business
- Develop relationships across distribution partners . travel agents, consultants, etc.
- Mapping of the overall market potential within prescribed territory to determine
organizations current market share and market opportunity for corporate Travel.
