Role & Responsibilities:

As a Tender Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Checking online tender platforms regularly to identify relevant opportunities.

2. Preparing comprehensive bid submissions, including all necessary documentation and quotations.

3. Collaborating effectively with internal teams to gather relevant information for tender applications.

4. Ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender applications.

5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the tendering process and requirements.

6. Reviewing and understanding tender documents to provide accurate and compliant bids.

7. Coordinating with various departments to collect essential data and insights for tender responses.

8. Managing and organizing all tender-related documentation.

9. Participating in meetings and discussions related to tender strategies and approaches.

10. Keeping abreast of industry trends and updates in order to enhance tendering strategies.

11. Responding to queries and clarifications from tendering authorities.

12. Representing the company in a professional manner during face-to-face interactions related to tender processes.
