Job Description:

- Marketing/sale executive involves direct selling to the consumer or end user giving information about the application/packages/courses that are available

- Asking the user if there is any kind of language learning requirement

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

- Checking if the user is facing any kind of issues/problems in the application

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

- Cold calling with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

- Closing the minimum daily targets

- Sending the daily reports as prescribed and designed by management for smoother operations

- The role is also responsible for providing timely updates to the organization on orders, payments and publishing reports required by management as an when required.

Skills Required :

- Should have min 1- 5 years experience in customer service/ Tele calling.

- Should have the ability to interact with B2C prospects.

- Should have excellent communication skills.( English, Hindi).

- Working knowledge of MS-Excel and S-Word.

- Should be available to do 9:30am-7:30pm job (week off will be rotational)
