contacting Potential Clients Via Email or Phone to Set Up Meetings and Establish Effective Business Relationships with Current and Potential Clients.

understand the Requirement and Clients Need and Shortlist the Suitable Prospects Looking for Our Services.

make Timely Submissions and Provide all the Information to the Prospects and

regular Follow-ups with the Prospects that have Been Identified as Potential Clients and Who have Shown Interest to Use Our Services.

conduct Market Research Activity to Gather Information On Prospects, Competitors Etc.

keeping Up with Product and Service Information and Updates.

creating and Maintaining a Database of Current and Potential Customers.

explaining and Demonstrating Features of Products and Services.

staying Informed About Competing Products and Services.

upselling Products and Services.

researching and Qualifying New Leads.

closing Sales and Achieving Sales Targets.

inside Sales Representative Requirements:

experience in Handling It Sales, Lead Generation Through Relevant Platforms, Responsible for Getting New Leads/requirements Via Linkedin and Email Marketing.

previous Experience in An Outbound Call Center or a Related Sales Position Preferred.

good Communication, Negotiation, Convincing and Client Servicing Skills.

good Organizational Skills and the Ability to Multitask.

excellent Phone and Cold Calling Skills.

exceptional Customer Service Skills.
