Inside Sales acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt.

Customer Analysis and moveleads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline.

Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.

Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes

sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.

Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient

processes for amazing customer experience.

Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the

related tasks are accomplished on time.

Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better

customer support and customer experience.

Amazing communication skills in English, Kannada/Telugu.
