Making outbound calls for generating leads.

Follow up with incoming leads.

Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services. Competencies / Skill

To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper generation of walk-ins, and Converting enquiries to registrations.

To provide relevant information to clients or refer them to appropriate departments within the center.

To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to clients who have specifically requested for a particular service.

Requirements-

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Any Industry / Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
