Job Description:

VAP Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring freshers and experienced candidates for its International Outbound Voice process.

Shift Timings - We have different shift timings (both Fixed and rotational)

FRESHERS and EXPERIENCED both can apply.

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILL is compulsory.

Undergraduates (10th/12th) and Graduates are eligible to apply.

Age limit - 16 to 40 yrs

Responsibilities and Duties:

Taking International calls and maintaining database accordingly.

Guiding customers online by way of analyzing the issues and solve them efficiently and effectively through best plans to be suggested.

Convincing the customers and selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

Good Communication in English is required.

Should be comfortable working in night shift.

Basic computer knowledge is compulsory.
