maintain Relations with Existing Customers and Generate Repeat Orders

ensure Follow Up with Customer for Payments Post Delivery

address all Customer Issues/ Complaints By Bringing It to the Notice of Concerned Department/personnel.

participate in Exhibitions and Coordinate with Sales Promotion for Design of Banners, Posters Etc and with Organisers for the Same. also Prepare Writeups for Sales Promotions.

generate Mis and Analysis Including Market and Product Research and Trend Analysis

sales Budgeting and Forecasting Train and Develop Team.

industry Experience: Printing or Office Automation .

total Yrs. of Experience: 2-6 Yrs+ in Sales

knowledge: South Iindia Geography. Contact with Printer Would Be An Added Advantage Knowledge of At Least 1 Language Viz. Tamil/malayalam/kannada/telegu is Must. Additional Language Knowledge of More Language Would Be Added Advantage.

skills: Selling Skills/ Commun Ication Skills/ Ip Relations/ Listening/ Lead and Enthuse a Team/ Negotiation/ Ps

.must have Undergone Technical Background with Electronics is An Added Advantage. Computer Knowledge and Database Management as Well as Mis Reporting Knowledge a Must.
