Responsibilities and Duties
Areas of Responsibility:
*Retain & grow existing business & add new clients
*build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
*Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
*Build relationship with top spending clients and facilitate Co.'s participation in the various OOH Media pitches called by the Cos. In the region.
*Plan preparation inputs and work with team to develop proposals that meets the campaign objectives and secures the business.
*Follow the reporting process in the Co. as required by the Management and from the team under him/ her
*Work with Marketing and Planning Team to ensure value add mileage from each campaign
*Focus on developing Innovations, be they creative or media usage, to create differentiation in the campaigns executed by us.
*Motivating the team to enhance their performance for self development.
