Your role with us as a Recruitment Associate will be to develop the sales infrastructure through Recruitment. Your spectrum of responsibilities will include:

-Sourcing of Candidates

-Screening (on-call and on video)

-Shortlisting

-Handling and following up

-Initiation of Offer Processing

-Offer release supervision

-Joining of Candidate/ trainee

Qualification: UG

(2021-22 Graduates who are in Final semester can be considered)

(Freshers are Preferred, Yes your read right We want Freshers)

Language known - English and Hindi is mandatory

CTC: INR (3 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)

Work Location: Bangalore Head Office ( WORK FROM HOME ), Working Days: 5 days
