About the Company: GlobalShiksha is an Accel Partners funded company. We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th. Our target segment is parents of India. We also have an app called educhat which tried to bring parents and teachers together. Our customer base is more than 3 lakh parents and counting. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic candidates

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

7. Should be well aware of metrics measurement, performance measurement, driving the team to meet the targets

8. Team Handling

9. KPI measurement-Coming out with metrics to analyze the sales performance.

10. Optimizing the entire sales process.

11. Should build and manage delivery team and ensuring targets are met.

12. Give constant feedback to the team.

13. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

14. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

15. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

16. Manage the use of budgets.

17. Define optimal sales force structure.

18. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

19. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of custome

Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
Experience with Android SDK and multiple versions of Android.
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
Maintain code integrity and organization.
Experience with Android framework
Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
Experience with Android UI principles and best practices.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Ability to design applications
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines
Should have 2+ years of relevant Experience
