1. The Sales Manager is responsible for Sales of Crushing & Grinding equipment in the designated Market.

2. The main tasks include generation of leads, understanding the requirements of customer, offer the proper product with pricing, closure of order, payment follow-up & follow-up with internal teams till equipment hand over to customer.

3. He must travel whenever required.

4. He should identify new business opportunities, understand the industrys requirements, trends & convey the same to management.

5. He should analyze, gather data & information about the market.

6. Maintain healthy relations with existing customers & develop new customers.

7. He is responsible for sales growth, representing the company at trade fairs & submit monthly report.

8. He will report to the Business Head.
