Responsible for managing sales and marketing of the assigned Projects.
Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them for visiting the site.
Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
Work with the team of sales professionals for sales generation and marketing of various projects.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Need to work with direct sales.
Report on sales activities to senior management
Responsible for given Sales Targets
Personal attributes:
The candidates from real estate industry are preferred.
Well spoken with good communication skills is a must .
Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, Prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
Effective team player, who effectively works to direction and is also a self-starter.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Own Conveyance is must.
Candidates from Automobiles/Insurance/FMCG are most welcome.
Fresher's are also welcome.
