About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be the voice of our company, reaching out to new and existing customers to generate leads, build relationships, and ultimately boost sales. You'll be responsible for:

Outbound calls: Proactively contacting potential customers to introduce our products and services.

Inbound calls: Answering inquiries from interested customers, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Lead generation: Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities.

Data entry: Accurately recording call details and customer information in our CRM system.

Meeting targets: Striving to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
