loves to interact with customers, can easily strike a conversation with customers and is a
high achiever.
He should be enthusiastic for Service for Company new business which is a high end
NRI clients.
We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is
jovial, mature, and result-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to
succeed in this role.
The role is a customer interaction, where the individual is expected to handle escalations,
be extremely driven to resolve situations of irritated customers, handle the entire
consultant team and drive them to achieve sales & service success.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for identifying clients requirements and helping them find the
right match with over the phone.
To be progressive in the approach and yet respect tradition and backgrounds for our NRI
clients.
Work with CRM to find suitable matches for clients.
Ensure adherence to service delivery standards and excellence in service.
Needs to be partner with the clients in their search for life partner.
Self motivated with a willingness to make and receive 40+ calls per day to customers
Ensuring quality of service delivery to the customers through the Service Advisors and
ensuring success stories
Must possess Customer Service Attitude
Handling Escalation calls of Customers
Track Customer Satisfaction & ensure closure of complaints
Strong Rapport building skills with Team & stakeholders, manage attrition in the team
Identify relevant training needs of agents & ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree from any stream
Minimum Overall 1-4 yrs customer service experience
Must speak Punjabi and English fluently. Since all customers will be from western
countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia etc.)
Salary
· Rs. 20,000 - 30,000 Per month in hand.
