Job Description (Voice): Customer Support Advisor

Our ideal candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers.

Candidates need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve

the issues accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills

Good Communication skills in English and Hindi

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to customer

queries.

Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.

Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries.

Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs Willing to work

flexible Shifts (24/7)

6 Day working/Rotational Shift &

Rotational 1 Week off

Female: Maximum shift till 8 PM

Male: Maximum shift till 1 AM
