1. At least 1-2 years of experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support). Must possess experience working with international customers.
2. Positive attitude and excellent eye for detail.
3. Effective communication skills & Email etiquette especially when delivering information to customers & team members.
4. Should be willing to learn new things & ready to accept new challenges.
5. Professional approach to problem-solving and task completion.
6. Knowledge of Shipping OR Freight Forwarding is an added advantage (Optional).
