Key Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.

* Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.

* Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.

* Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.

* Checking and follow ups for cart abandonment's.

* Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.

* Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.

* Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.
