About the Internship.
selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
Preparation & Maintenance of Export Documents Viz. Lcs, Contracts, Agreements Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Etc., as per Rules and Regulations of Exim Policy.
Pre- Shipment Documents - Pre and Post Shipment.
Ensuring all Export Shipment Will Cover Under Proper License.
Follow Up of Shipment Till It Delivers to Respected Destination (irrespective, Export or -ddu, Ddp Shipments).
Follow-up with the Govt. Bodies such as Export Import Agencies, Govt. Labs and Animal Husbandry, Clearing Agents, Forwarder and Shipping Co. for B/l & Awb.
Liasoning & Attending with Customs, Dgft, other Agency for Clarification, Claim and Appellate Authorities.
Ensuring Error Free all Documents for all Export Shipment. Making Sure Zero Demurrage in all Import Shipment.
Monitoring On Proof of Exports./ Landing Certificates.
Cha Bill Checking & Submitting the Same for Payment.
Checking & Finalizing all Export Documents to Liase with Any Govt. Body as and When Required.
Processing Lc/dc, Guarantees, Collection and Reimbursements
Supporting Day to Day Transactions On Banking System(s) in Line with Business Origination
Handling Back Office Related Activities in An Efficient Manner
Report Changes to Transactions to Internal and External Parties as Required
Liaise with other Departments in Relation to Transactions Being Handled
Manage Transaction Follow-up and Record Updates Accordingly
Assist in Transnational Regulatory Checks as Required
Handle Filing of Documentation and Assist in Periodic Checks of Documentation Held
