Responsibilities and Duties Virtual Despatch/ Customer Service

Looking for an Fresher / experience College or University Graduate English and Hindi Virtual Dispatcher / Customer Service Associate ·in India for a renowned Canadian Employment Agency

Schedule and manage company employees to ensure efficiently reach different plant or work places

· Effectively coordinate daily communications between Plant managers, Plant Supervisor,from the Client site.

· Use Data base of all temporary and permanent employees including client site contacts.

· Effective oral and written communication skills

Must able to speck proper and clear English, and Hindi, knowledge of communicative Punjabi will be an asset

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
