responsibilities and Duties

main Duties & Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:-

-understand the Brief from Client and Suggest Suitable Concepts.

-work Close with Client and Design Team to Visualize and Present Appropriate Designs.

-handhold the Client Throughout the Event Ensuring Their Expectations are Met With

-be a Part of Mood Board Creations & Event Idealization.

-liaise with Production Team to Explain Client Expectations and Timelines, as and When Required

-if Required, Visit the Event Site as a Representative of Spree

-maintain Relationships with Clients Through Telephone Calls, Emails, Personal Visits, Even Post the Event

-generate New Leads/referrals By Being in Touch with the Clients. Sales

-receive Enquirers of Clients

-understand the Requirements of Customers

-co-ordinate with Management/design/production Team to Create Proposals/sales Presentations

-present Pitches Effectively Showcasing Sprees Potential to Maximum Effect

-negotiate with Customers By Conveying why Us from Both Business and Technical Perspectives.

-ensure Closures of Contracts
