Job Description :-
The HR Manager (Payroll) is responsible for the timekeeping & compensation management of 400-450 staff members of the group. He is responsible for maintaining Statutory Compliances, Insurance, Performance Appraisal etc.
Primary Responsibilities :-
Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
Coordination for statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. of all employees and timely payments before due dates.
Managing the Insurance of Employees
Liaison with various Labour offices
Co-ordinating with various site locations
Secondary Responsibilities :-
Procurement & issue of Safety
Management of Transport and Canteen
Insurance Management
Statutory Compliance :-
Ensure understanding & execution of forms, formalities & internal operations with respect to Salary, minimum wages, PF, PT, Mediclaim, etc.
Preparing statutory registers under all applicable labour laws & making sure that we adhere to all statutory compliance's.
Responsible for Bank Account Opening of new employees, PF Account Opening process (if Applicable).
Prepare & understand the salary structure & its various components.
Manage Medical Insurance for employees by coordinating with respective agencies and making sure of timely renewal.
Assist in conducting a timely statutory audit to maintain required compliance's.
Legal & IR Related :-
Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
Liaison with various Government Authorities
Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts
Handling all legal matters of the Group
