Job Summary:

We are seeking a young and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. The mission is clear: exceed sales targets through effective collaboration, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth for events through effective prospecting and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our event services.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.

Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and foster key relationships.

Requirements:

Graduation is not a constraint.

Disciplined, Systematic, Problem-solving skills are required.

Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period.

Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours working with 1 hour break])

Willingness to work from the office.
