Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing support with various HR functions, including but not limited to, employee relations, recruiting and staffing, compensation, organizational development, and compliance. The HR Generalist will also manage HR communications and assist in policy and procedure development.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources

Excellent knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Planning and designing employees benefit packages.

Executing the employee's annual review procedures.

Maintaining a detailed record of the company??s employees.

Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Overseeing the employee's termination process.

Counseling employees as and when required.

Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.

Organizing events and conferences for the employees.

Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

Maintaining and recording employee attendance.

Adhering to all the company??s rules and regulations
