Business Consultant:

We are looking for people who have experience in selling training/HR services/ solutions to HR community in a B2B environment .We are looking for people between 0-5 years of experience and with a salary bracket of 3-6 lakhs + variable.(4 positions)

Also, to give you a heads up on our hiring process, we follow the following steps at the least:

1. Telephonic First round to check the communication skills and other basics like, conveyance, whether the person stays nearby or far, etc. (On your assurance that you will take care of this, we can skip this step from our end.)

2. Face to face interaction Level 1 (1 to hours, if we like the candidate)

3. Face to face or telephonic interaction Level 2 (45 minutes to 1 hour where we will have candidate make a presentation to us, if we want to move forward)

4. Psychometric Assessment (Can be done from anywhere)

5. Face to face interaction Final (1 to hours)

6. Final Interaction with the offer.
