Urgently Hiring for Assistant Manager-Support (Skills set: Linux, SIP, VOIP, Dialer/WAN/ LAN/VPN) for Location: Noida (Exp: 3 to 7+ year)

Job Requirements:

- Role: Assistant Manager - Support

- Location: Noida

- Qualification: BTech/ MTech/ BCA/ MCA

- Experience: 3- 7+ years experience

- Must have Good communication skills

- Should have some technical knowledge & experience (LAN/WAN/VPN)

- RED Hat would be an added advantage

- Good client interaction capabilities

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Should have Knowledge of Installation, configuration & maintenance of Linux servers

- Basic knowledge of Handling VOIP Devices like (IP phones, FXS, Gateways / ISDN cards

- Knowledge of handling several VOIP Devices (Audio Code/ IP phones and ATA etc)

- Troubleshooting knowledge and experience related to Dialer, Linux at NOC

- Preference: Any dialer knowledge

- Need to Provide training of product to customers
