Role description What you will do

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and make outbound calls for our training course and offers, also generate & manage the candidate database.

Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

- Reach out to colleges/universities across Bangalore division and brief them on courses offered.

- Approach prospects through different platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, etc.

- Handle Inbound and make outbound calls to prospects in order to increase the sales margin.

- Converting prospects into enrollments.

- Handle queries through (call, emails & in-person)

- Build and update database also ensure regular follow up (new & existing candidate)

- Generate sales that meet or exceed individual goals.

Role Requirement Who you are & to have

- Must have 0-3 years experience in inside sales/telesales in the B2C environment.

- Knowledge of sales process in education or training domain will be added advantage

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Good Knowledge in calling, counseling, and convincing

- Should be enthusiastic, go-getter attitude and willing to meet targets

- Relevant degree graduate is a must.
